Returns & Refunds policy

Returns are not allowed, except from some conditions. Refunds and cancellation are permitted only before the shipping. Any refund request after the shipping of the order will not be accepted.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You can return the order only if you have received a wrong or damaged good, which it must be proved and communicated to us the same day as the arrival. Any other return won't be accepted. The address to ship the return is:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
